A BIT ABOUT ME
My Story
In 2005 if you had told me I would be the self-designated Ohio Wine Ambassador, I would have called you crazy. On a trip to California that year I barely tolerated sweet wines and turned away from any others! But then I started to learn, and to drink, and I'm happy to say that today, while I am still not a fan of Chardonnay or most whites, give me a good Cabernet or port any day!
I've made it my mission to visit every winery in Ohio and, so far, have been to more than 80. Road trips usually involve a winery or two along the way.
I am a part owner of Rockside Winery & Vineyard in Lancaster, Ohio, dabble in landscaping and, occasionally toss actors into costumers behind the scenes at Columbus' Broadway shows.
